• Master Resell Rights Products: Refers to the digital products and content that you acquire from Canva Fusion Finds under a Master Resell Rights license.

License

Upon acquiring Master Resell Rights Products from Canva Fusion Finds, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to resell these products to your customers. You may modify, rebrand, and sell the products as you see fit within the terms of this agreement.

Responsibility for Earnings

Canva Fusion Finds is not responsible for any future earnings, profits, or losses incurred by you as a result of reselling our products. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or success.

Content and Quality

While Canva Fusion Finds strives to provide high-quality products with Master Resell Rights, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the products before reselling them.

Liabilities

Canva Fusion Finds holds no liability for any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the use, resale, or distribution of our products by you or your customers. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.

Termination

Canva Fusion Finds reserves the right to terminate your license to resell our products with Master Resell Rights if we believe you are not complying with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all distribution of our products.

Modification of Terms

Canva Fusion Finds may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
